摘要 目的淀粉、壳聚糖及明胶为基材制备的缓释丸药的制备及性能测定。方法采用电镜扫描、紫外分光仪等手段对此药丸的物理形貌、吸水率、密度、孔隙率、缓释性能和药理性质等进行检测分析。结果此药丸具有分布均匀的多孔结构,孔之间连通性良好,孔隙率为(93.5±1.2)%。在海水中静置48 h后释放值为(207.2±2.8)mg/L,释放比较缓慢。并对药物及药物载体成分的抑菌性进行了检测,证明制得药丸的抑菌性能和药物抑菌性能无明显差别。结论以壳聚糖和淀粉为基材,加以一定量的交联剂明胶,以抗生素氟苯尼考为药物模型,制备的渔用药丸为安全环保具有缓释功能的新型渔药。 [ Objective ] Chitosan and starch as substrate, to be a certain amount of crosslinking gelatin to antibiotic Florfenicol as model drug were prepared having a sustained release of the fishing pills. [ Methods ] Using scan-ning electron microscopy, and other means of ultraviolet spectrometer physical morphology of this pills, water absorption, density, porosity, release properties and pharmacological properties of the detection and analysis, etc.[ Results] This tablet having a porous structure evenly distributed between the holes communicating good porosity of(93.5±1.2)%. Standing in sea water after 48 h release is (207.2±2.8)mg/L, release slowly. [ Conclusions ] Drugs anddrug carrier composition and antibacterial properties were tested, proven antibacterial properties obtained pills andmedicines antibacterial properties no significant difference. For the safety and environmental features of the newslow-release fishery drugs.
