摘要 目的探讨高频超声在乳腺普查中的应用价值。方法对3 100名妇女做了乳腺普查,对乳腺高频超声检查结果进行分析。结果超声检查出乳腺疾病896例,检出率为28.90%。超声共检出乳腺结节病灶1574个,超声诊断乳腺良恶性结节的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为86.36%,98.90%,52.78%,99.80%。良恶性结节在形态、边界、细小钙化、后方衰减、纵横比及血流分布类型上的差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论高频超声成像在乳腺疾病的检出和诊断中有重要价值。 [Objective ] To assess the value of high frequency uhrasonography on mastopathy screening. [Methods] 3 100 cases were chosen as subjects, who were inspected by physical examination, high frequency uhrasonog-raphy and X-ray Mo-target mammography. [Results] 896 cases of breast diseases were detected by ultrasonogra-phy, the rate of detection was 28.90%. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictivevalue was 86.36%, 98.90%, 52.78%, 99.80% respectively of the 1574 detected breast nodules. Therewere statisticaldifferences in morphology, boundary, small calcification, rear attenuation and type of blood flow distribution betweenbenign and malignant lesions (P 〈0.01). [ Conclusions] It is very important to apply high frequency uhrasonographyin the mastopathy screening. It may improve the detection and diagnostic accuracy for breast disease.
