水性双组分丙烯酸木器涂料的配制与表征 被引量:2

摘要 以水性羟基丙烯酸为主要成膜物质,脂肪族异氰酸酯为交联剂,添加其它助剂制备了性能优良的水性双组分丙烯酸木器漆;研究了丙烯酸种类和不同的n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)对漆膜性能的影响,最佳的n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=1.3。这种双组分水性木器漆在常温下能够固化成膜。性能测试表明,该水性涂料具有良好的耐醇性、耐碱性、耐污染性、耐干热和耐湿热性,以及较高的硬度。最后,用FTIR对固化前后丙烯酸结构的改变进行了表征。 Hydroxyl-functional acrylic aqueous dispersion is the main film foiming substance, aliphatic isocyanate is the curing agent, and some coating additives are contained in the formula. The performance of two-component wood coating is excellence. Acrylic types and -NCO/-OH molar ratio have influences on the performance of cured coating. The best -NCO/- OH molar ratio is 1.3. This two-component waterborne wood coating can cure at room temperature. The tests show that performance properties of cured coating, induding alcohol resistance, alkaline resistance, dry resistance, wet heat resist- ance, and pencil hardness, are excellence. The change of coating structure during the curing process was studied by using Fourier transform infrared (FFIR) spectroscopy.
