摘要
为了提高绿色建筑供应链绩效评价的科学合理性和可操作性,分析了绿色建筑供应链的概念及特点,基于改进型BSC模式构建绩效评价指标体。提出了通过SPSS软件对指标体系主成分分析以降低指标维度,基于不确定层次分析法建立目标优化模型,结合遗传算法对绿色建筑供应链进行综合评价。并将建立的模型和算法应用到算例中,得出更加准确、客观的评价结果。为建筑业企业进行绿色供应链绩效评价和持续改进提供了有益的视角,具有重要的理论指导意义和现实应用价值。
In order to improve the performance evaluation of green supply chain, this paper analyzed the characteristics of thesupply chain of green building, and built performance evaluation index system based on the improved balanced scorecard model.Using SPSS 13.0 software, indicators dimensions are reduced by principal component analysis. Combining with genetic algorithm,the paper adopted uncertain AHP method to establish an objective optimization model to calculate the final results of the evaluation.Then, the model was applied into a specific case, and more accurate and objective evaluation results were obtained. This paperprovides a useful perspective for the green supply chain performance evaluation and continuous improvement in constructionenterprises.
