基于施工安全视角的“施工企业—劳务分包公司”不同行动策略研究

Game between Contractor and Labor Subcontractor from Construction Safety Perspective

施工企业与劳务分包公司是施工项目的直接负责者和操作者,对项目施工安全起着举足轻重的作用。基于博弈思想和合约理论,构建关于施工安全奖金的数学模型,探索施工企业与劳务分包公司之间的最佳行动策略。对模型进行求解,对比分析了合作行动策略与不合作行动策略下双方付出的安全努力水平、最优分配系数及收益水平。并根据计算结果得出结论,为有效提高施工安全水平与收益,施工企业与劳务分包公司之间应提倡构建合作伙伴关系,且双方应积极主动采取合作行动策略。

Contractor and labor subcontractor are the direct responsible organization and operator of the construction project site,and they play important roles in the construction safety. Based on game theory and contract theory, a mathematical game modelabout construction safety bonus is established to explore the best action strategy between contractor and labor subcontractor. Undercooperation action strategy and uncooperative action strategy, the model is solved; the level of security efforts, optimal distributioncoefficient, revenue level are compared. Results show that cooperation action strategy between contractor and labor subcontractorshould be encouraged to improve the level of construction safety and benefits.
