摘要
目的 :探讨甲壳胺对变形链球菌酸性代谢产物的影响 ,特别是对乳酸的影响。方法 :利用实验室厌氧菌培养法 ,观察变形链球菌在有或无甲壳胺的培养液中代谢后 ,总酸量及乳酸量的变化情况。结果 :实验组 pH值高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,乳酸值低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。实验组中含甲壳胺高浓度组作用强于低浓度组 (P <0 0 5 )。气相色谱分析可看出 ,实验组的挥发酸、非挥发酸峰面积小于对照组 ,乳酸亦然。结论 :甲壳胺能使变链菌代谢后的总酸量降低 ,包括挥发酸和非挥发酸 ,特别是乳酸。从而为临床上应用其这一特性 ,抑制菌斑内致龋菌产酸 ,以达到防龋的目的 ,提供了有力的实验依据。
Objective:To investigate the effect of chitosamine on the acid products of S.Mutans.Methods:The technique of anaerobic bacterium culture was used to investigate the change of the amount of the total acid and lactic acid of S.mutans,which was cultivated in medium containing chitosamine (test group) or without (control group).Results:Test group had greater value of PH and less amount of lactic acid than those in control group (P<0.01).In two test groups,the group of 1% chitosamine had stronger effect than the another group of 0.5% chitosamine (P<0.05).In Gas Chromatograph,the peak area values of volatile acid and non-volatile acid in test group were smaller than those in control group.The lactic acid had some results.Conclusion:It is concluded that chitosamine can reduce the amount of total acid after S.mutans metabolization,especially lactic acid.This speciality of chitosamine can be used to inhibit acid products of S.mutans,and prevent the tooth from caries.
