成人牙周炎患者全唾液IgA、IgG水平分析 被引量:3

ANALYSIS OF LEVELS OF IGA AND IGG IN WHOLE SALIVA SAMPLES FROM PATIENTS WITH ADULT PERIODONTITIS.

摘要 目的 :分析成人牙周炎患者全唾液IgA、IgG水平及其与临床牙周检测指标、指数之间的相关关系。 方法 :收集成人牙周炎患者 2 5例 ,年龄、性别配对正常对照 2 5例 ,采集非刺激性全唾液 ,对成人牙周炎组治疗前及牙周基础治疗后四周进行临床牙周检查与记录 ,并用自动分析仪测定唾液中IgA、IgG浓度。 结果 :成人牙周炎组牙周基础治疗后牙周袋探诊深度、牙龈指数、探诊出血显著下降 ;成人牙周炎组初诊唾液IgG浓度显著高于对照组 ,并与牙周袋探诊深度、牙龈指数间存在显著正相关关系 ,治疗后IgG浓度明显下降 ;初诊唾液IgG、IgA与基础治疗后四周牙周袋探诊深度变化绝对值间有显著正相关关系。结论 :唾液IgG水平可以反映成人牙周炎炎症程度与牙周袋深度。唾液IgG、IgA水平可能成为牙周炎患者短期基础治疗预后判断的指标。 Objective:To analyse the relationship between levels of IgA,IgG in saliva samples from patients with adult periodontitis and the clinical parameters of periodontitis.Methods:Twenty-five patients with adult periodontitis (AP group,25) and age as well as sex matched normal controls (N group,25) were selected.Unstimulated whole saliva samples were collected and qualified for the levels of IgA and IgG.Clinical parameters on periodontitis were also assessed for the patients.All the above-mentioned indices were measured once more at four weeks after initial therapy.Results:The clinical condition of the patients improved significantly after treatment;the results showed elevated level of IgG of AP group before treatment compared with that of N group.It decreased remarkably after treatment.The findings also indicated positive relationship between the concentration of salivary IgG of AP group at first visit and pocket probing depth (PPD) as well as gingival index (GI).The levels of salivary IgG and IgA before treatment were positively associated with the absolute change of PPD following initial therapy.Conclusions:The level of salivary IgG may reflect the degree of gingivitis and indicate the pocket depth.The concentration of patients salivary IgG and IgA may become indices to determine the short-term efficacy of initial therapy.
