超声诊断在早期异位妊娠中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of ultrasonic diagnosis in early ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨超声诊断在早期异位妊娠中的临床应用价值。方法:选取不规则阴道出血、尿hCG阳性或弱阳性、有停经史的患者,所有患者均行B超检查。结果:经B超检查诊断为异位妊娠的患者96例,其中,破裂型42例,陈旧型32例,未破裂型15例,流产型7例,所有的患者均行手术治疗。经手术复核,B超诊断异位妊娠的总符合率为97.92%(94/96),误诊率为2.08%(2/96)。结论:超声诊断在早期异位妊娠中具有较高的准确性,是一种比较简便、快捷的异位妊娠诊断方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasonic diagnosis in early ectopic pregnancy. Methods： U1trasonography was conducted among the patients with irregular vaginal bleeding, urinary HCG positive or weakly positive and history of menopause. Results ： A total of 96 patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by uhrasonography, including 42 patients with ruptured ectopicpregnancy, 32 patients with old - type ectopic pregnancy, 15 patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy and 7 patients with abortion - typeectopic pregnancy; all the patients were treated with surgery; after reexamination by surgery, the total incidence rate of uhrasonography forectopic pregnancy was 97. 92% （94/96）, the misdiagnosis rate was 2. 08% （2/96） . Conclusion： Ultrasonic diagnosis has relatively highaccuracy for early ectopic pregnancy, which is a simple and quick method for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy, the method is worth clinical popularizing and applying.
