摘要
以10个引种的红枣品种为试材,用电导法测定其在不同温度处理下的细胞透性变化,分析研究了各品种的抗寒力。结果表明:所有红枣品种都遭受了不同程度的冻害,10个引种品种中,‘核桃纹’的抗寒性最好,‘圆铃新1号’抗寒性最弱,抗寒力较强的品种有‘落地红’、‘妈妈枣’、‘骏2’,而‘骏1’、‘金芒果’抗寒性较差;相同管理条件下10个品种的抗寒力有所不同;但随着温度的降低其相对电导率都逐渐升高。
With 10 introduced varieties of Ziziphusjujuba Mill. as materials,the cold resistance of them was evaluated by combining the electrolyte leakage method with a logistic function. The rusuhs showed that the resistance of ' Hetaowen' was the strongest in the ten varieties, that of 'Yuanlingxin 1' was the weakest. The resistance of 3 varieties such as 'Luodihong','Mamazao','Jun 2' was stronger,and that of the other 2 varieties such as 'Jun 1' and 'Jinmangguo' was infirmer;cold resistance ability was difference under same cultivating management. Hower,as temperature decrease the electric leakage was increased.
