体外培养产生喜树碱类药物的研究进展

Research Progress of the Production of Camptothecin(s) Drugs by in vitro Cultures

摘要 在对喜树碱类抗肿瘤药物进行简要介绍的基础上,重点从植物细胞培养、毛状根培养和内生真菌培养3个方面,论述了体外培养产生喜树碱类天然药物的研究进展。 In vitro cultures for the production of antitumor drugs-camptothecin(s) were introduced in this article,the focal point of which was the production of camptothecin and its analogues via in vitro cultures such as plant cell culture,hairy root cultures and endophytic fungi cultures.
