摘要
作为一种天然绿色的林下经济产品,食用菌越来越受到市场宠爱。食用菌产业已成为许多林区经济和县域经济的重要支撑。现利用Shapley值法公式,分析了黑龙江省食用菌供应链中各节点的效益值及贡献度,继而提出了在保护现有农户利益下的供应链组建方案,以期对黑龙江省食用菌产业发展有所裨益。
More and more people like eating edible fungus, which is a forest-under-economy product. It has been the important basic part for the edible fungus industry to forest-area-economy and county-area-economy. The benefits and profit contribution of nodes in edible fungus supply chain were analyzed by Shapley value method in this paper. And then, some advice to build edible fungus supply chain under protecting farmers＇ profits were given. It should be help for the edible fungus industry.
