摘要 以电脑横机技术为依托,紧密结合当前针织物流行趋势,设计开发了挑孔组织、绞花组织、波纹组织、提花组织、浮线组织等新型组织织物。结合花型制版原图和线圈模拟图详细阐释了每种组织的编织原理和工艺设计要点。通过织物组织实物图直观展现每种组织设计的新花型以及相对应的外观风格。强调当前电脑横机花型织物组织的创新设计,根据针织市场流行走向,将设计与工艺完美结合,不断实践和总结,开发出具有市场潜力的新型电脑横机花型织物。 This paper mainly designed and developed some knitted structures such as eyelet structure, Chain stitch structure, racked rib structure, jacquard structure, float structure that rely on computer flat knitting machine technology and combined with the knitting fashion trend. It explained the knitting principle and point of process design of each organization that combined with the pattern making artwork and coil simulation diagram. And it displayed each kind of organization design and style through the fabric physical map. It is particularly important of that innovation design of current computer knitting machine fabric pattern organization. It should be combined with the knitting market popular trend, and the perfect combination of design and technology, practice and summary constantly. So it can be develop the market potential of the new computer knitting machine fabric pattern organization.
