下颌升支垂直截骨术——颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的一种关节外调整术
摘要
正颌外科中常用的一种升支部位的截骨术 口内入路升支垂直截骨术 ,被用于治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征 ,主要适用于关节盘可复性前移位伴疼痛的患者 ,术后确实可以改善关节盘的位置 ,缓解症状。其与关节囊内手术比较有显著的优点 :不破坏关节结构 ,手术成功率高 ,并发症少见 ,可以同时矫正某些牙颌面畸形。如果适应证选择合适 ,此手术的治疗效果是确实可靠的。
