摘要
目的建立三子降酶胶囊中五味子醇甲含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(63:37),流速:1.0mL·min-1检测波长:250nm,柱温:35℃。结果五味子醇甲在0.10~1.97μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.4%(n=6),RSD=0.8%。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于三子降酶胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of schisandrin in Sanzi Jiangmei Capsules. Methods Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water (63:37). The flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 was adopted. The detection wavelength was 250nm and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The good linear range of schisandrin was 0.10-1.97μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery of schisandrin(n=6) was 98.4%(RSD=0.8%). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable and can be used for the quality control.
