劳资关系氛围对组织绩效的影响

摘要 首先概述了企业劳资关系氛围与企业组织绩效研究的重要理论实践意义,然后在自我调节理论的基础之上构建劳资关系氛围对组织绩效的影响模型框架,通过分析企业劳资关系氛围对情感承诺、工作满意的影响,进而分析企业劳资关系氛围对企业组织绩效的影响,并在此基础之上提出了相关政策建议。
