摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度硫代脯氨酸(0、0.10、0.25、0.75、1.25、2.25 mmol/L)对绿豆幼苗生长、生理特性的影响。[方法]通过水培试验,测定不同浓度硫代脯氨酸处理的绿豆幼苗主根长、株高、鲜重等生长指标以及叶内叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等生理指标。[结果]在各浓度硫代脯氨酸处理下,绿豆幼苗主根长、鲜重先上升后下降,在高浓度(2.25mmol/L)处理下各生长指标均小于对照组;随着硫代脯氨酸浓度的升高,叶绿素、游离脯氨酸含量上升,SOD活性均高于对照组,叶内MDA含量在较低浓度时下降,小于对照组,在浓度为0.75、2.25 mmol/L时显著上升,高于对照组。[结论]硫代脯氨酸对绿豆幼苗生长有低浓度(0.10 mmol/L)促进、高浓度抑制的作用,游离脯氨酸和SOD是绿豆幼苗抗硫代脯氨酸胁迫的物质基础。
[Objective] The effects of different concentration thioproline stress(0,0.1,0.25,0.75,1.25,2.25 mmol/L) on growth and physiological characteristics of mung bean seedlings were studied.[Method] Though solution culture experiment,the height,main root length,fresh weight,and the physiological characteristics such as the contents of chlorophyll,malonaldehyde (MDA),free proline and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of mung bean seedlings treated by different thioproline concentrations were determined.[Result] The main root length and fresh weight of these seedlings reached to the highest point firstly,then decreased to the valley.Each of the growth characteristics was less than that of the control group in high thioproline concentration (2.25 mmol/L).With the increasing of thioproline concentrations,the contents of chlorophyll and free proline increased,all the activity of SOD more than that of the control group.The contents of MDA were less than that in relatively low concentrations,but it obviously increased more than that of the control in the two concentrations (0.75,2.25 mmol/L).[Conclusion] Thioproline has promoted the growth of mung bean seedings in low concentration (0.10 mmol/L) ;And it had growth inhibition to mung bean seedings in higher concentration.The contents of free proline and the activity change of SOD were the foundation of the tolerance to thioproline stress.
