摘要
[目的]优化北高丛蓝莓内生真菌的液体发酵条件。[方法]以一株分离自北高丛蓝莓的内生真菌菌丝提取物为研究对象,对液体培养条件进行优化。选择一种适合工业化生产的培养基:玉米粉90 g/L,豆粕5 g/L,KH2PO41 g/L,MgSO40.6 g/L,维生素B1 10mg/L,以菌丝体得率为指标,通过正交试验考察培养温度、培养基pH、摇床转速、接种量,以确定最适培养条件。[结果]在培养温度25℃,摇床转速160 r/min,pH值7.0,接种量5%时,菌丝体生长量达到最大。[结论]初步得到该菌的生长动力学参数,为工业化生产提供一定依据。
[Objective] To optimize the liquid fermentation conditions of a strain of north high plexus endophytic fungus from blueberry.[Method] A medium suitable for industrial production was selected:corn flour 90 g/L,soybean meal 5 g/L,KH2PO4 1 g/L,MgSO4 0.6 g/L,vitamin B1 10 mg/L.With mycelium yield as index,the culture medium temperature,pH,shaking speed,inoculum was investigated through orthogonal test in order to determine the optimum culture conditions.[Result] The results showed that the cultivation temperature 25 ℃,shaking speed 160 r/min,pH 7.0,inoculum 5%,mycelium growth reaches the maximum.[Conclusion] The microbial growth kinetics parameters were obtained,which will provide a basis for industrial production.
