水产动物肌肉组织中水分含量的研究进展

Research Progress of Muscle Tissue Moisture in Aquaculture Animal

按照二名法和水产动物的食性及所生存的不同生境进行归类,分析不同类水产动物肌肉组织中水分含量。按照动物学分类,水产动物主要分为鱼类、节肢类和爬行类等;按照生存的不同生境,可分为淡水类和海水类;按食性的不同,可分为草食性、肉食性、杂食性和滤食性。对不同类的水产动物肌肉组织中水分含量进行比较,以期为广大的水产养殖工作者提供参考。

Aquatic animals were classified according to the binomial nomenclature,feeding habits and survival habitats,the moisture content in muscle tissue of different classes aquatic animal was analyzed.According to zoological classification,aquatic animals are divided into fish,arthropods,reptiles,etc.; according to the survival of different habitats can be divided into categories of freshwater and saltwater categories ;differs to the different feeding habits can be divided into carnivorous,herbivorous,omnivorous,filter feeding.Aquatic animal muscle tissue moisture content was compared,so as to provide reference for majority of the aquaculture work.
