依安县农民专业合作社探索和实践的主要类型

The Exploration and Main Types of Practice of Yian County Farmers Professional Cooperatives

依安县是黑龙江省重要的产粮大县之一,农民合作社建设一直走在全省前列。经过多年的发展,全县已经形成了一大批有规模、有技术、有市场的规范化农民专业合作社,在推动农业产业化经营,实现农业增产、农民增收,促进传统农业生产方式变革等方面发挥了重要作用。该研究分析了依安县农民专业合作社的基本情况,指出合作社在发展中也在农民素质不高、管理人才缺乏、融资困难和建设不规范等一系列问题,提出了通过完善各项政策和措施,加快人才培训与引进,促进规范化建设等对策建议,为合作社创造更好的发展环境,实现农民专业合作社更好更快地发展。

Yian County is one of the important major grain-producing counties in Heilongjiang Province,farmers cooperatives have been walking in the forefront.After several years development,the county has formed a large number of standardization farmers＇professional cooperatives with scale,technology and market,which play an important role in promoting agriculture industrialization operation,realizing agricultural production and farmers＇ income increasing,advancing the traditional agricultural production mode reform.The basic situation of farmers professional cooperatives in Yian County was analyzed,several problems were pointed out,such as farmers＇ quality is not high,lack of management personnel,financing difficulty and non-standard of the construction.Through perfecting policies and measures,speeding up talents training and introduction to promote standardization construction was put forward,which will create a better development environment for farmers professional cooperatives.
