Study on the Social Work Model of Capacity-Building of Rural Women—A Case Study of Green Village in Yunnan

以云南绿寨为个案,以沼气项目、教育项目、手工艺项目、卫生保健项目作为模式运作载体,围绕能力恢复和能力提升全面回应妇女需求和发展。在项目开展中,注重避免性别隔离,关注妇女生存伦理、正确对待传统性别模式,关心女童发展。

With Green Village in Yunnan as a case,the biogas project,education programs,crafts project,health care projects as the mode operation carrier,the ability to recover and to enhance the ability to respond to women＇s needs and development.In the implementation of project,we must pay attention to avoid gender segregation,attention to women＇s subsistence ethic,correctly treat the traditional gender model,and concerned about the development of girls.
