摘要
甘蔗在我国糖料作物中有着重要的地位,针对目前甘蔗种植的现状及存在的弊端,设计出了基于机器视觉的甘蔗段分选系统,图像采集装置对长60 mm的甘蔗段进行图像采集,通过对采集到的图像进行图像增强、图像边缘检测等处理,得到甘蔗段的边缘灰度图像,再根据边缘灰度图像的纹理特征统计值判断出甘蔗段是否有茎节,同时通过串口通信向分选装置发送信号,分选装置根据接收到的信号对甘蔗段进行区分,实现了对有无茎节甘蔗段的分选。试验证明了设计的可行性,探索了一种新的甘蔗段分选系统,对甘蔗种植业的发展有着重要的作用。
Sugarcane has an important position in sugar crops in China,in view of the present status and problems of sugarcane planting,the sugarcane stage separation system was designed based on machine vision.Image acquisition was conducted on the 60 mm length of sugarcane.Image enhancement,image processing such as edge detection was conducted on the acquired image to get an edge of the gray image of cane,and then according to the edge of gray image texture feature statistics tell cane section of the stem section,at the same time,through a serial port communication sends a signal to the sorting device,separating device according to the received signal to distinguish between sugarcane segment,realized with presence of internodes of sugarcane sorting.Experiment proves the feasibility of the design,this thesis explores a new sugarcane stage separation system,which will play an important role in the development of sugar cane plantations.
