摘要
为解决使用新国标GB/T1040.3-2006《塑料拉伸性能测定第3部分:薄膜和薄片的试验条件》薄膜拉伸实际试验时试样100%的断在试验机夹头处的问题,对拉伸试验过程试样受力进行研究,找出原因,提出新的夹头设计原理,即对夹持力面受力方式作了改进,消除了横向剪切力,并重新设计制作了专用夹头,满足了塑料薄膜拉伸新标准方法试验要求。
In order to solve the problem of the fracture of experimental samples in the chunk of tensile testing machine during the tensile experiments of plastic films according to the new national standard GB/T1040.3-2006 Plastics-Determination of tensile properties-Part 3:Test conditions for films and sheets,stress conditions during the tensile process were investigated to analyze the reasons and propose new principles for chunk design.By improving the stress loading mode on clamping surface and eliminating the transverse shear stress,a special chunk was designed and developed,which met the new standard and requirements of tensile experiments for plastic film.
