低压管输水灌溉技术因其投资小、易管理、输水效率高等特点,深受广大农民欢迎。紧密结合长子县地形、气候和农作物种植特点,有针对性地提出适合长子县发展的低压管灌(以机井为水源)制度设计、工程设计和施工方法等方面的意见和建议。
