摘要
本文在考虑视频分割特点的基础上，提出了一种分层块匹配的运动估计方法，这种估计方法有较快的估计速度和较高的峰值信噪比。用这种方法对一帧图像进行一次运动估计约需0.1秒，可以用于实时的视频分割系统中。实验证明这是一种性能良好的运动估计方法。
An hierarchical block matching motion estimation algorithm considering the characteristic of video segmentation is presented. This algorithm can be executed with fast speed and high PSNR. It only takes 0.1s for the algorithm to perform motion estimation for a frame of picture. It can be used in real time video segmentation system. Experiment results show that it is an efficient algorithm.
