摘要
随着国民经济的高速发展,城市化进程带来的土地、交通问题和城市人口对高品质商业配套设施的需要,都要求商业建筑必须具备多元化的综合性,在这一背景下,城市大型商业综合体应运而生。建筑用能在我国的能源消耗中占有很大的比重,而对于城市大型商业综合体这类建筑而言,供暖通风空调及热量供应的能耗一般占总能耗的百分之六十以上,所以空调系统的节能对于建筑节能而言具有很大潜力,空调系统设计过程中采取的节能措施也便尤为重要。文中结合位于北京市大兴区一个城市商业综合体的工程实例,针对该项目的设计特点,对空调系统设计过程中采取的节能措施进行浅谈和分析。
Along with the rapid development of national economy, commercial buildings are required to have to possess diverse comprehensiveness due to the demand of land, traffic problem, and urban population to high quality commercial facilities brought by urbanization process. Under this background, large - scale HOPSCAs ( stands for Hotel, Office, Parking, Shopping Mall, Convention Center and Apartment) emerge as the times require. In our country, energy consumed by buildings occupies quite a big proportion in energy consumption. Whereas for structures such as large scale HOPSCA, energy consumption of heating, ventilation and air- conditioning, as well as heat supply usually accounts for 60% above in total energy consumption. Therefore energy - saving of air - conditioning system has quite much potential, to speak of building energy - saving, and the energy - saving measures adopted in the design process of air - conditioning system then become very important. With the combination of a project case of urban commercial complex at Daxing District of Beijing, this article had some discussions and analysis on energy - saving measures taken in the design process of air - conditioning system according to this project' s design features.
