摘要
文中主要针对五级自复叠制冷技术进行探讨研究。通过搭配不同种类的混合制冷剂,获取最低温度并保持长期运行。探讨了不同制冷剂搭配对系统拉温深度的影响和制冷系统对拉温深度的影响;分析了排气温度对获取最低温度的影响。根据制冷剂配比及系统升级改进,得出不同类别制冷剂获得最低的温度试验记录,对结果进行分析总结,为开发设计更低温度的深低温保存箱提供一些有价值的试验信息。
This paper focused on five - stage auto - cascade refrigeration system, by combining different kinds of mixed refrigerants to get the lowest temperature and maintain a longterm operation. The relationship between different mixed refrigerant and system temperature depth was explored. The relationship between exhaust temperature and the minimum temperature was investigated. Based on the ratio of refrigerants and system upgrades to improve, the minimum temperature record for the different refrigerantswas obtained and the results were summarized and analysed.
