摘要
为降低富锌涂料中锌粉含量,改善涂料的防腐性能,采用丙烯酸树脂-氨基树脂为基体,超细锌粉和铝粉为防腐填料,配制了富锌和富锌铝涂料。经中性盐雾试验2500h后观察其防腐性能差异,同时采用电化学极化曲线测试涂层的腐蚀电流和腐蚀电位变化,采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析腐蚀后涂层表面的微观形貌。研究表明:锌含量76%的富锌涂料防腐性能较差,而在91%的富锌涂料中添加1%~4%铝粉可以代替部分锌粉而起到更好的防腐效果。
In order to reduce the dosage of the zinc powder in zinc-rich coatings and to im- prove its anticorrosive performance, acrylic resin and amino resin were used as matrix, super fine zinc powder and aluminium powder were used as anticorrosive fillers to prepared the zinc- rich coatings and zinc/aluminiumrich coatings. The corrosion current and the corrosion potential of the coatings, and the microstructure of the coating surface after neutral salt spray testfor 2 500 h were investigated by the electrochemistry polarization curves and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the anticorrosive performance of the zincrich coatings was not good when the zinc content was 76%, and aluminum powder could replace partial zinc powder in zinc-rich coatings. Thus, a zinc-rich coatings having zinc powder 91% (solid) incorporated with aluminum powder 1- 4% showed better anticorrosive performance.
