摘要
采用正相、反相硅胶柱色谱法和半制备型高效液相色谱法对中药藤黄(Garcinia hanburyi Hook.f)中的三萜类化合物进行了分离和纯化,通过NMR谱鉴定共得到10个化学成分:白桦脂酸(1)、α-香树精(2)、羽扇豆醇(3)、β-香树素(4)、麦珠子酸(5)、蒲公英甾醇(6)、鲍尔烯醇(7)、丁酰鲸鱼醇(8)、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖齐墩果酸(9)和山楂酸(10)。其中,化合物3和4为首次从该植物中得到,化合物5—10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Ten triterpenes were isolated from Garcinia hanburyi Hook. f. by silica gel, reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. They were identified as betulinic acid (1), α-amyrin (2), lupeol (3), β-amyrin (4), alphitolic acid (5), taraxasterol (6), bauerenol (7), butyrospermol (8), 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid (9) and maslinic acid ( 10). Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 5-10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
