摘要
以甲基烯基聚氧乙烯醚、马来酸酐和富马酸为主要原料,在氧化还原体系下常温一次性加料制得聚羧酸减水剂ARTS1,研究了最佳工艺条件。通过水泥净浆性能测试和混凝土性能测试表明,本工艺制得的减水剂具有掺量低、减水率高、保坍性好、适应性强等特点。该工艺采用全固体原料,合成过程无明显刺激性气味,更加绿色环保;对生产条件要求低,无需热源,反应周期短,利于工业化生产。
A product of polycarboxylate superplastieizer(ART-S1),which was used TPEG,maleic anhydride and fumaric acid as primary materials,was prepared by one-off input method under conditions of oxidation-reduction system and normal atmospheric temperature. And optimum synthetic condition was studied. By means of tests of cement paste properties and concrete application performance,the product prepared by this method had the characteristics of low mixing amount,high water-reducing rate,well slump keeping and strong applicability. All solid kind of raw synthetic materials could be used, and slight pungent odour could be smelled through the production process,so the production engineering was more environmental friendly. Because of low require- ments for production conditians,no need of heating and short production period,it was easier for industrial production.
