摘要
在面层脱硫粉刷石膏基本配比的基础上,研究了骨料种类、胶凝材料与骨料的比例、缓凝剂等因素对底层脱硫粉刷石膏性能的影响。结果表明,骨料种类对底层脱硫粉刷石膏凝结时间的影响差别不大,但对其强度影响较大;底层粉刷石膏适宜的胶凝材料与骨料比为1∶2.0和1∶1.5;底层脱硫粉刷石膏中缓凝剂选择0.15%石膏缓凝剂和0.05%柠檬酸复配时缓凝效果较好;高性价比底层脱硫粉刷石膏的最佳配方为:20%脱硫建筑石膏、13%粉煤灰、67%黄沙、0.15%石膏缓凝剂(SG-10)、0.05%柠檬酸、0.2%保水剂。
Based on FGD plaster for finish coating, the influence of aggregate type,the ratio of cement and aggregate,retarder on FGD plaster for base coating were studied in this paper. The results show that,aggregate type has little influence on setting time,but it has huge influence on strength;The ratio of cement and aggregate of 1:2.0 or 1:1.5 is proper for FGD plaster for base coating:0.15% FGD plaster retarder mixed with 0.05% citric acid has the best retarding effect. Finally,the optimum formula of FGD gypsum piaster for base coating of high ratio of performance to price was determined as follows:20% FGD gypsum, 13% fly ash,67% sand,0.15% SG-10,0.05% citric aeid,0.2% water retention agent.
