摘要 研究了掺加新型氧化钙-硫铝酸钙膨胀熟料水泥净浆试件的膨胀变形、自收缩和干燥收缩特性,以及水胶比及养护温度对膨胀熟料补偿效果的影响。结果表明,内掺4%膨胀熟料的净浆试件饱水养护膨胀主要发生在14 d内,14 d后膨胀趋于平缓;养护温度升高,早期膨胀增大。膨胀熟料对自收缩的补偿效率受水胶比影响较大,水胶比越大,膨胀熟料对自收缩的补偿效率越高。膨胀熟料掺量增加,对水泥净浆的早期干燥收缩具有较好的抑制作用。 The deformation of cement pastes with and without new type calcium oxide and calcium sulphoaluminate expansive agent was measured,and the compensating effects of expansive agent on the expansion,autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of cement pastes and its compensating efficiency affected by water-binder ratio and curing temperature were investigated. The re- sults showed that expansive deformation of cement pastes with 4% expansive agent,which were curing in water, was rapidly devel- oped within 14days. And then the expansion could tend to be flat. The higher curing temperature was,the greater the early ex- pansion would be. Expansive agent could be used to reduce the autogeneous shrinkage of cement pastes. And the elevated water- binder ratio could improve the compensating efficiency. With the increase of the doped contents,expansive clinker showed signifi- cantly inhibitory effect on drying shrinkage of cement pastes at early age.
