随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,公立医院绩效评价问题越来越成为当下的热点话题,而公立医院的绩效评价指标体系亦为关注的焦点之一。通过对国内现行公立医院绩效指标评价体系的概述,分析现行指标体系中存在的问题。最后借鉴国外经验和做法,针对性提出适合我国国情的公立医院绩效评价指标体系的完善建议。

Along with health and medical community institutional reform deepening, achievements appraisal of public hospital has become a hot topic. However, index system of performance evaluation in public hospital has become one of the focuses which the society pays attention. Reviewing the common index system of achievements appraisal, the paper searched for the shortcomings of index system. At last, it offered some related suggestions of public hospitals in profits from the developed countries so that it becomes the Index system suited to China＇s national conditions.
