摘要 目的:探讨以ISO9004—2009持续质量改进标准为质量保障,我院护理模式改革质量管理理论体系的形成过程。方法:运用借鉴-嫁接-创新分析法。结果:以ISO9004—2009为标准,自我院护理模式改革以来形成了坚实的护理模式改革质量管理理论体系。结论:ISO9004-2009标准在我院护理模式改革质量管理理论体系形成过程中有重要的作用。 Objective To study the formation of quality management theory system of nursing care reform based on ISO9004 ： 2009. Methods The method of referenee-grafting-innovation analysis was applied. Results The quality management theory system of nursing care reform has formed based on ISO9004：2009. Conclusion ISO9004：2009 can play an important role in the formation of quality management theory system of nursing care reform.
