摘要
目的:探讨影响乡镇卫生院医务人员薪酬满意度的影响因素,并提出相应建议。方法:以北京市和山东临沂市三个区(县)的乡镇卫生院医务人员为调查样本,采用描述、单因素、多因素等统计方法对调查结果进行分析。结果:乡镇卫生院医务人员薪酬整体满意度居于"可接受"水平,但对薪酬水平维度的满意度偏低。影响薪酬满意度的因素主要来源于乡镇卫生院提供医疗服务的水平和能力指标,同时,乡镇卫生院的收支情况、个人的工作时间也是薪酬结构和管理,以及福利等维度非常重要的影响因素。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the satisfaction on remuneration of medical professionals in township health centers,and put forward suggestions. Methods Samples were chosen from township health centers of three districts (counties) in Beijing and Linyi City and surveyed. Data was analyzed with descriptive, uuivariate and multivariate statistical methods. Results The overall satisfaction on remuneration of medical professionals in township health centers was regarded as "acceptable". But satisfaction on the dimensions of salary was lower. The main influencing factor was the capability and quality of medical services in township health centers. And the factors influencing the satisfaction on the dimensions of salary were income and expenditure of hospitals, and individual working hours.
