摘要
实现功能到结构映射的知识检索与推理是基于知识的计算机辅助产品设计的关键。以MFBS框架下产品设计知识系统为基础,充分考虑设计知识间的语义关系,提出基于多属性特性检索与推理的产品MFBS本体映射方法。建立了MFBS框架下产品设计知识系统,通过单输出特性的检索实现功能到模块的映射,通过多输出特性的映射推理或组合多输出特性的映射推理实现功能到行为的映射,通过多输出特性的检索实现行为到结构映射。基于Jena编程实现了基于知识的计算机辅助产品设计中的MFBS本体映射。基于知识的多绳金刚石串珠绳锯产品设计实例,验证了所提方法的可行性。
Retrieval and reasoning of mapping from function space to the structure space is the key technique for computer-aided product design based on knowledge. On the basis of prodcut design knowledge system under MFBS frame, the semantic relationship between the design knowledge is fully considered. The product MFBS ontology mapping method is proposed with multi-attribute characteristics retrieval and reasoning. The product design knowledge system under MFBS frame is established. Retrieval of single output characteristic is selected to realize the mapping from function to module. The mapping from function tO behavior is achieved with mapping and reasoning of multiple output characteristics or combining multiple output characteristics. Retrieval of muhiple output characteristics is used to realize the mapping from behavior to structure. The MFBS ontology mapping is achieved with Jena programming for computer- aided prodcut design based on knowledge. The feasibility of proposed method is validated by the example of multi-rope diamond wire saw design based on knowledge.
