Study of Updating Technology of Field Variables for Topology Optimization Based on Hybrid Cellular Automata

摘要 针对连续体结构拓扑优化中的网格依赖性和灰度单元问题,基于混合元胞自动机(Hybrid Cellular Automata,HCA)算法,提出了一种改进的状态场变量更新规则,以应变能最小化为优化目标,构建基于固体各向同性微惩罚结构的拓扑优化模型,通过二维经典拓扑优化算例,与已有的状态场变量更新规则的对比分析,验证了本文提出的变量更新规则的有效性和正确性。 In order to suppress mesh dependency and gay-scale elements in topology optimization of continuum structures, a modified updating technique for field variables was proposed based on the hybrid cellular (HCA) algorithm. By taking minimization of the strain energy as the optimization objective, the optimization model of structural topology was established based on isotropic microstruetures with penalization (SIMP). Compared to the existing updating technique of field variables, the validity of proposed method is substantiated by several typical two-dimensional topology optimization problems.
