非开挖市政道路施工小型钻机钻头仿生

The Small Drilling Robot and Its Bionic Drilling Technology Used in Municipal Road Construction Without Trenching

摘要 近年来市政道路非开挖施工技术发展的很快,但是小尺寸(600 mm以下)非开挖钻孔技术存在着诸多问题。文章基于仿生学原理,通过对穿山甲开挖空洞作用机理的研究,研究构建了一种适合市政道路施工小型非开挖钻孔技术系统,并重点对仿生钻头进行了研究探讨。通过研究构建了力学模型、设计了仿生钻头,为该技术的实际应用奠定了理论基础。 The technology of municipal road construction without trenching has developed quickly in recent years, but the small size (under φ600mm) drilling mud system without trenching really influences on the environment. In this paper, based on bionics principle, through the study of pangolin excavation hole mechanism, researchers build a small drilling technology system without tranching which is suitable for municipal road construction, and mainly study the bionic bit. According to the researching and building mechanical model, the bionic bit is designed. The paper lays a theoretical foundation for the practical application of this technology.
