摘要
为了解决MBD(Model Based Definition)模型中几何公差的3D(three-dimensional)标注不符合新一代GPS(Geometrical product specifications)标准体系的规范要求问题。文章面向MBD模型,基于恒定类建立几何公差项目的自动判别规则,依据新一代GPS标准体系对几何公差3D标注的规范,开发了与Creo平台无缝集成的几何公差标注模块,从而实现几何公差标注的规范化和智能化。
In order to solve the problems that 3D geometric tolerance annotation in Model Based Definition (MBD) does not meet the specification requirements of the new Geometric product specifications (GPS) standard system. Based on invariance class, the automatical discriminant rules for geometric tolerance items are established. According to the specification requirements that the new GPS standard system for 3D geometric tolerance annotation, a geometric tolerance annotation module integrated seamlessly with Creo plateform is developed, then the standardization and intelligence of geometric tolerance annotation are realized.
