摘要
分析了可重构制造生产线和型面联接技术特征。基于型面联接的结构设计方法被引入到可重构制造生产线的输送线的结构优化设计中,剖析了型面联接在可重构制造生产线的输送线中具体应用案例,并结合最大压强条件和ANSYS有限元对优化的结构进行可靠性分析。研究结果既拓宽了型面联接的结构设计方法的应用范围,又提高了可重构制造生产线的输送线中可重构的柔性和敏捷性。
Reconfigurable manufacturing line and special profile connection are addressed. To solve optimization design of transmission line in the reconfigurable manufacturing line, special profile connection is proposed. Two applied cases are implemented. Combining the maximum pressure intensity and the ANSYS finite element analysis, the reliability of the optimized structure is tested. The results show that not only applications of special profile connection are extended, but also the flexibility and agility of reconfigurable transmission line are improved.
