摘要
薄壁件在航空航天领域有着广泛应用,由于薄壁件刚度较低,加工余量大,工艺性差,容易产生切削变形被认为是机械加工中的难题。文中对薄壁件加工变形误差的原因进行了分析,并设计了一种以冷却液为介质的脉冲射流作为薄壁件铣削的随动柔性辅助支撑新的加工方法。最后,通过实验验证了脉冲射流支撑薄壁件加工误差补偿方法的有效性和可行性。
Thin-walled parts are widely used in aerospace field. Because of its low rigidity, big machining allow- ance, poor manufacturability and easy, deformation such parts are problems in mechanical machining. This paper ana- lyzes the reasons of deformation error in thin-walled parts machining, and a new machining method is proposed which use the pulse jet to work as flexible supportor for thin-walled parts milling. The experimental results validate the effec- tiveness and feasibility of the method for compensating the machining error.
