摘要
提出一种具有受力特性好、传动平稳且效率高、单位重量输出力矩大特点的液压直旋驱动关节,建立系统的伺服动态优化设计数学模型及分析方法,分析了液压直旋驱动关节系统的优化参数与系统耗能、效率、频宽之间的关系,为优化设计提供了理论依据;基于该设计理论设计的液压直旋驱动关节具有好的相对稳定性、动态性以及快速响应等控制性能。
A hydraulic straight rotary drive joint with good mechanics characteristics, stable transmission, high efficiency and large output torque of unit weight is proposed. The mathematical model and analysis method for servo dy- namic optimization design of system are set up. The relationship among the optimization parameters and the system en- ergy consumption, efficiency, bandwidth of the hydraulic straight rotary drive joint system. It provides the theoretical basis for the optimization design is analyzed. The hydraulic straight rotary drive joint based on this design theory have good control performance including relative stability, dynamic and fast response, etc.
