摘要
为确保绝缘子胶装部位的牢固性,提高结合强度,现多采用瓷件胶装部位上砂结构,以增大胶合剂与瓷件之间的摩擦阻力,避免绝缘子在使用过程中因受力使瓷件与法兰之间松动。所用瓷砂通常分为圆砂和方砂。目前,行业内基本上是采用方砂。而国外许多高端客户认为,圆砂会提高绝缘子强度,要求提供圆砂绝缘子产品。因此,开展了圆砂的配方研究与开发工作。
