阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征氧化应激与心血管疾病相关性的研究进展 被引量:30

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是高血压、冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的一个独立危险因素。研究资料显示交感神经激活、炎症反应和氧化应激是OSAHS及其并发症的主要发病机制。大量的临床及动物模型研究表明,OSAHS睡眠时反复发生周期性的缺氧与再氧合类似于缺血再灌注损伤,引起氧化应激从而导致内皮功能障碍、血管重塑。
