海水循环冷却的阻垢试验研究

摘要 为了解决珠海天然气发电有限公司海水循环水的结垢问题,分别进行了静态阻垢试验、杀菌灭藻剂和海生物杀生剂对阻垢性能影响试验、动态模拟试验、RO浓水对阻垢性能影响试验等.研究了海水阻垢分散剂TS-636的阻垢性能。结果表明。按补充水量计。TS-636质量浓度为10~12 mg/L时。自然浓缩至3.0~3.5倍。污垢黏附速率〈8.5 mg/(cm2·月)。污垢热阻〈1.0×10^-4m2·K/W.能满足循环水浓缩倍数控制在2.0~2.5的要求。 In order to solve the scaling problem in seawater circulating system of CNOOC Zhuhai Natural Gas PowerCo., Ltd., a series of experiments, such as the static scale inhibition, the impact of biocide and marine creature bio-cide on the capacity of scale inhibition, the dynamic simulation and the impact of RO concentrated water on the ca-pacity of scale inhibition etc. have been carried out. The capacity of TS-636 seawater scale inhibitiondispersing a-gent has been studied during those experiments. The results show that according to the quantity of make-up water,when the mass concentratiobn of TS-636 added is controlled at 10-12 mg/L and concentrated naturally to 3.0 to 3.5times ,the fouling adhesion rate could be less than 8.5 mg/(cm2·month), and fouling resistance less than 1.0×10-4m2. K/W,which could meet the requirements that the circulating water concentration multiple should be controlledbetween 2.0 to 2.5 times.
