运用综合指数法评价广西县级综合医院医疗服务质量

Using Comprehensive Index Method to Evaluate Medical Service Quality of Guangxi County-level General Hospitals

目的对2008-2010年广西县级综合医院医疗服务质量进行综合分析,为制定广西县级公立医院综合改革政策提供依据。方法运用综合指数法对广西县级综合医院医疗服务质量进行综合评价。结果广西各县级综合医院的发展水平、医疗服务质量相差较大,总体上广西县级综合医院医疗服务质量呈上升趋势。结论 2008-2010年,广西各县级综合医院的医疗服务质量得到提高,但医疗服务质量整体水平不高,各医院医疗服务质量高低不等的现象比较严重。运用综合指数法评价县级综合医院医疗服务质量,评价结果真实可信。

Objective To provide the basis for comprehensive reform of Guangxi county-level hospitals, a comprehensive evaluation was carried out on county-level public hospitals in Guangxi in 2008-2010. Methods A comprehensive index was used to evaluate medical service quality of county-level general hospitals in Guangxi. Results The difference of development level and medical service quality among Guangxi county-level general hospitals were great. The total medical service quality in Guangxi county-level general hospitals showed an increasing trend. Conclusion Guangxi county-level general hospitals medical service quality was improved in 2008-2010. The overall level of medical services quality was low,the range of hospital medical service quality were quite great. The comprehensive index method is suitable to evaluate medical service quality of county-level general hospitals, and results are authentic.
