流感病毒聚合酶结构功能及其作为抗病毒靶点研究进展

摘要 流感病毒RNA聚合酶是由PB2,PB1,PA三个亚基组成的蛋白质复合物,分别由流感基因片段1,2,3编码。在流感病毒基因组RNA复制,病毒mRNA转录以及维持病毒生命周期中发挥着重要作用。近年来随着对其深入研究,为抗流感病毒药物的研制奠定了基础。本文主要介绍了RNA聚合酶各个亚基的结构、功能,亚基间相互作用以及RNA酶抑制剂的研究进展。 Influenza virus RNA polymerase is composed of three viral proteins: PB2, PB1 and PA. They were coded by the influenza gene fragments 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The RNA polymerase plays an important role in the RNA replication of influenza virus, the viral mRNA transcription and the maintenance of the virus life cycle. Recently, many studies of influenza virus RNA polymerase have laid the foundation for the development of anti-in- fluenza virus drugs. In this paper, we introduced the research progress of the structure and function of each subunit of RNA polymerase, and the interactions between subunits and inhibitors against influenza RNA polymerase.
