磷酸替米考星可溶性粉对人工感染鸡毒支原体的疗效试验

Treatment Test of Tilmicosin Phosphate Soluble Powder on Chicken Mycoplasma gallisepticum by Artificial Inducement

为研究测定磷酸替米考星可溶性粉对鸡慢性呼吸道病的治疗效果,试验设计三个剂量组进行饮水给药治疗人工感染鸡毒支原体(MG S6)实验鸡,对照药物为替米考星可溶性粉。试验结果表明,磷酸替米考星可溶性粉高(1 g/L)、中(0.75 g/L)剂量组以及对照药物均能显著降低发病死亡率、减少气囊病变率,并提高相对增重率(P<0.05)。据此,推荐最佳临床治疗用法为:剂量0.75 g/L,连续饮水给药3 d。

In order to study the treatment effect of tilmicosin phosphate soluble powder,it was designed three test group, and tilmicosin soluble powder as control to cure chicken Mycoplasma gallisepticum （MG S6 ） infected artificially by drinking. The results showed both the high level （1 g/L）, the middle （0.75 g/L） of test group and the contol group had distinguished differences （P〈0.05） on reducing death rate, the damage rate of chicken air saclesions and increasing weight gain rate （WGR）. Accordingly, the dosage of 0.75 g/L was recommended as the best usage by continuous drinking water administration for 3 days.
