摘要 卫星通信具有覆盖范围广、组网灵活、抗毁抗噪能力强等优点,江西水系发达、河流众多、洪水频发,常发生洪水冲毁通信光缆事件,经常造成通信中断,常规通信手段解决效果不明显,为此采用卫星通信的技术手段解决通信问题,构建一套基于卫星通信的水文遥测站通信系统,保障江西地处偏僻、交通不便的水文站点发生大洪水时,防汛水文测报数据通信的实时畅通;采用空中、地面通信相结合的模式,保证在地面、地下通信设施遭到损毁的时候,构建空中通信通道,保障水文站点与防汛指挥中心的通信畅通。 Satellite communication has advantages of wide coverage, flexible networking, invulnerability, strong anti-noise capability, etc. There are numerous flood-prone rivers, in Jiangxi. Communication interruption is often caused by flood for it destroyed communications cable. The conventional means of communication to resolve this effect is not obvious. For this reason, technical means of satellite communication is used to solve the problems. It builds a hydrologic telemetry communication system based on satellite communication to protect real-time communication about flood forecasting hydrological data flow of Jiangxi remote and inconvenient hydrological stations during serious flooding. It uses air, ground communication combination mode to construct the air communication channel when the ground, underground communication facilities are damaged, ensuring smooth communication between hydrology sites and the flood command center.
