摘要
通过对太原·枣园新区E-05-1地块项目规划设计分析,阐述了在台地形式地块中,如何将多层洋房、联排住宅、类独栋住宅等不同形式的住宅合理的组织在同一用地中,以形成比较合理的功能布局和建筑形式,为今后同类项目设计提供了参考。
According to the analysis of the program planning design for E-05-1 plot of Zaoyuan New Zone in Taiyuan, the paper illustrates how to design the reasonable land use of different forms, including multi-storey foreign-style houses, town houses, and single family residential houses in the same land, so as to have reasonable functional allocation and construction forms and provide reference for similar program design in future.
