The paper analyzes some common quality problems in the mass concrete construction, including honeycomb, exposed reinforcing bar, pitted surface, opening hole, cracks and slag inclusion, lists the construction examples for some mass concrete projects to prevent these common quality problems, and researches its construction technique, so as to ensure the engineering quality by regulating the construction technique.
